• 50% Deposit is required at time of contract. A full refund is available if contract is cancelled prior to 14 calendar days of event date. If contract is cancelled 14 to 4 calendar days of event day, half of the deposit will be refunded. Any cancellations made  within 3 calendar days of event date will not be issued a refund.
• For rental or purchased items being picked up: The remaining balance is due in full 3 calendar days prior to event day and payable upon pick up of your items.
• For any of our large Delivery-Only pieces: The remaining balance is due in full 4 calendar days prior to event day. Please note that delivery of items will not be schedule and confirmed until all balances have been paid.

We understand that accidents can occur. As such, we would kindly like to remind you of our policy on replacing pieces for any of our Special Care Items (glass, porcelain, marble, etc.).  The replacement cost of any damaged or broken pieces can be up to 5 times of the unit (per piece) rental cost.
